The Boston Celtics set a new season-high for points in a half on Wednesday night, scoring 75 in the first half of their 125-109 win over the Indiana Pacers. The Celtics led by 21 points at the half and never looked back, improving to 2-0 in the preseason.
Jayson Tatum led the Celtics with 20 points on 8-of-15 shooting, while Jaylen Brown added 19 points and 7 rebounds. Malcolm Brogdon also had a solid night, scoring 15 points and dishing out 6 assists.
The Celtics shot 54.2% from the field and 40.0% from three-point range, while the Pacers shot just 40.8% from the field and 28.6% from three-point range.
The Celtics will be back in action on Friday night when they host the Philadelphia 76ers.
